Jonathan Sturgeon Strengthens the Property Team

Latimer Hinks has strengthened its property team with a new appointment.

Jonathan Sturgeon has joined the firm as a residential and commercial property solicitor.

He said: "Im from Darlington, so I already knew about Latimer Hinks and I knew people who work here. Id heard a lot of good things, so it was definitely the right opportunity for me.

Jonathan helps clients with everything from business sales and purchases and commercial leases, to agricultural and residential sales. So far, he has worked on deals ranging in value from £50,000 to £900,000.

He added: "We have a lot of clients looking at investment property at the moment. Theres a lot of movement in the second property market.

After graduating from Northumbria University, Jonathan, 25, trained at a mid-tier law firm in the North East before moving to Latimer Hinks.
