Adam is a property lawyer with experience in a wide range of commercial property matters including investment acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, lettings and developments.
Adam acts on a regular basis for landlord investors in relation to new lettings, variations and lease management in respect of retail, industrial, licensed, leisure and office premises across the country. He also has extensive experience of small business disposals and acquisitions, and of dealing with complex residential property transactions.
On the agricultural side, Adam is frequently involved with the acquisition and disposal of farmland, farm business tenancies, deeds of grant and wayleave agreements.
