We will obtain details of the title to your property from the Land Registry and prepare a Contract for Sale and package of legal documentation.

We will ask you to complete a detailed property questionnaire about your house and fixtures fittings and contents form listing such items as are included or excluded from the sale.

We will deal, where necessary in consultation with you, with any further enquiries raised by the Buyers Solicitors about the house or the documentation supplied.

When the Buyers are ready to proceed we will agree with everyone concerned a convenient completion date on which the Buyer may move in.

We will attend to the legally binding exchange of Contracts and obtain a deposit from the Buyers.

We will approve the final Transfer Deed and arrange for you to sign it.

We will obtain details of the sums needed to pay off any Mortgages on the property at the completion date and obtain an account from any Estate Agents involved.

When the completion date arrives we will obtain the purchase monies from the Buyers Solicitors, pay off any Mortgages on the property and advise you and the Estate Agents that the keys can be handed to the Buyers.

We will supply the Buyers Solicitors with the signed Transfer Deed and any other relevant documentation relating to the property.

Finally we will supply you with a fully itemised completion statement and account to you for the monies due to you.
