Andrew is a Senior Legal Executive and Consultant in our Private Client Department. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Solicitors For The Elderly. Andrew specialises in tax planning (particularly inheritance tax), wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, community care and long term care issues, asset protection, personal affairs and elderly client issues and regularly presents talks, workshops and seminars on Private Client and Elderly Client subjects.
“Having worked in the legal profession for well over 35 years, I am still amazed by the variety of problems and issues which, here at Latimer Hinks, we are asked to address.
I relish the challenge of helping Clients, particularly the elderly and those who act as carers, navigate their way through the legal complexities to secure their objectives. In many cases the issues involve a number of complex and intricate moving parts which need to be brought into alignment.
I very much enjoy the human aspect of my work, particularly the fascinating and, in many cases, very humorous or courageous people I’ve met and for whom I have had the pleasure to act.”
