Gillian is a member of our Private Client Team. The team has a wide range of expertise and experience built up over many years which they use to help people of all backgrounds and situations plan for a better future.

Gillian is one of the team who can assist in relation to a broad range of issues affecting you and your family, providing you with advice on wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning and elderly client issues. She can also help those who have suffered a bereavement and need sympathetic legal advice through a difficult time.

Many people have broadly similar long term aims, in that they wish to preserve assets which they have worked hard to accumulate so that they can benefit not only themselves but future generations. Typical concerns are inheritance and capital gains tax, succession planning for a family business, funding long term care or anticipating potential difficulties which may arise within the family.

How those concerns are addressed varies significantly according to each individual’s circumstances and this is what makes this job so interesting and ultimately so rewarding. One Client may have a complex inheritance tax issue requiring a very specific trust arrangement, whilst the next Client may need a will that addresses sensitive family issues, perhaps concerning a long running dispute or recent estrangement.

Our Private Client Team has the specialist knowledge and experience required to help you achieve your aims and objectives.
