Martin specialises in more complex and involved residential property work and has a great deal of experience dealing with rural and mixed use property and the various issues that often accompany such work.

Martin understands that handling a property transaction is not a reactive process but requires proactivity and leadership.  Martin’s extensive knowledge and experience is invaluable in anticipating the many issues that will need to be addressed in a transaction, thereby allowing these to be resolved before they become a cause of delay.  His approach, as far as possible, is to drive the transaction along.

Martin’s many years in practice means that there are few problems that come to light that he does not have the knowledge and experience to deal with.  Due to his professional standing, Martin is regularly instructed in high value and intricate property purchases and sales both regionally and nationally.
