Martin is a Director and Head of Residential Property. He has over 30 years experience of handling a wide range of residential, rural and agricultural property work. Martin has the experience and skills necessary to overcome whatever problems or difficulties arise during the course of a sale or purchase whether a freehold or leasehold property. He will help achieve the desired outcome as swiftly and smoothly as possible.

Hopefully, if you are moving house, everything will go according to plan. However, not all property sales and purchases are straightforward or easy. Particularly with rural properties unexpected issues can, and often do, arise and it is important to identify them as soon as possible and ensure that the necessary steps are taken to deal with them before any commitment to buy is given.

At Latimer Hinks we pride ourselves on being able to deal with just about any problem that could conceivably arise. We provide added value by identifying potential problems early in the process and trying to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Low cost conveyancing can prove to be a false economy with many property transactions. When problems arise the process can grind to a halt if the person handling the work does not have the expertise and experience to tackle the issues concerned quickly and effectively.
