Having trained in Leeds and qualified earlier that year, Anne joined Latimer Hinks as a newly qualified solicitor (or assistant to the then senior partners) in June 1976.

Anne is one of the original members of STEP (The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) and has specialised in Private Client work since 1986.

As a farmer’s daughter, Anne appreciates the special relationship between a farmer and their land and particularly enjoys the challenges presented in the context of promoting and implementing succession planning.

As a former Partner and Chief Executive at Latimer Hinks, Anne became a consultant solicitor within the company in 2020. She, alongside Andrew Way, grew and developed the company’s Private Client Team.

Whilst still acting for select clients, Anne supports the company’s successful Private Client and Farms & Estates Teams with her wealth of expertise and experience, specifically in the areas of estate, wealth, tax and succession planning.
